Our why
Moms with young children are one of the most underserved demographics in America when it comes to having space and time for themselves. School hasn't started. Structured activities haven't begun. Her world shrinks to wherever her child can safely go.
The options that exist today are either built for kids or built for adults, but childcare-free. Nothing combines both well. And it's not really about logistics. It's about guilt and the mental load of taking time for yourself in the first place.
52% of the moms we surveyed told us the same thing: before anything else, they need to feel okay about leaving.
Not okay about finding childcare. Not okay about the schedule. Okay about leaving. About stepping away without guilt trailing behind them.

How Moms Use Theodora
Theodora isn’t built for one kind of mom. It’s built for the version of her that still wants a life outside of “Mom,” whatever season of life that may be.
The Working mom
She needs a few hours to actually work. No kitchen table, no interruptions, no guilt about the babysitter clock running. She drops her toddler at the wing, opens her laptop in the coworking space, and gets real, focused hours back.
The “I Just Need a Minute” mom
She needs a second to just sit down. Not to accomplish anything. A coffee, a quiet corner, a phone charger, twenty minutes where nobody needs her. Her child is close by, safe, and she's not checking her phone every five minutes to make sure.
The First-Time Mom
She just gave birth or is expecting her first, and she's already looking for her people. She's not eligible for the childcare wing yet, but she doesn't need to be. She's in the Fourth Trimester Club, in the lounge, building her village before she needs it.
The hustler mom
She wants to build something of her own. A stylist, a baker, a jewelry maker — she hosts a pop-up in the Momber Marketplace and finds her first customers among women who already get it.
The Stay-At-Home Mom
She's home most days, and she's always "on." Not because she's not working, because being present for everyone else has become the job. She wants a place where she can put her brain down for an hour.
No matter what season of motherhood you’re in, Theodora is there for you.
Hi! I’m Christine, a mom of a rambunctious little 2-year-old named Teddy, or Theodore 😉. We live in Fayetteville with my husband, Ricky, and our fur baby, Louie!
Before Theodora, I spent eight years as the COO at SupplyPike, building an award-winning culture that allowed people to feel like they belonged, not just as employees who show up, but people who feel seen, valued, and like they're part of something. It became the thing I was proudest of. Not the systems or the processes, but the way people felt walking through the door.
After becoming a mom myself, I felt the sudden shift in identity that so many other moms feel. It was hard to figure out where I belonged.
That's the gap I couldn't stop thinking about. If I could build belonging into a workplace, why couldn't I build it into a space for moms?
That’s why I built Theodora. A space where you don't have to choose between being a good mom and being you. A space where you can walk in and be your best mom self and your best self, at the same time, in the same room. In other words, a space to be more than Mom.
I can’t want to meet each any every one of you ❤️
See who else is joining me!
